Toga Solutions provides software tools that allow businesses to:
- Track sea freight containers
- Track air freight shipments using AWB numbers
- Manage shipments and logistics operations
- Generate invoices and billing records
- Record customer payments and issue receipts
- Track supplier payments and collections
- Send automated notifications to customers
The platform integrate with messaging services such as WhatsApp Cloud API to notify customers about shipment updates, invoices, and payment confirmations.
3. User Accounts
To use Toga Solutions, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of their login credentials
- Notify Toga Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

Businesses using Toga Solutions are responsible for obtaining customer consent where required for messaging communications.

Businesses using Toga Solutions retain ownership of their operational data, including:
- Shipment records
- Client contact information
- Invoice and payment records
TogasOS processes this information only to provide the services described.
7. Service Availability
Toga Solutions strives to maintain reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toga Solutions not be liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Data loss caused by user actions or third-party services
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important operational data.
9. Termination
Toga Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if:
